My magazine is overall going to be a rock magazine, it is going to have the latest content, and fit with my target audience. Which is predominately males, between the ages 18-24, and what to keep up with the latest trends. The magazine will feature articles such as interviews, top stories, and up and coming gigs. My magazine will have to feature the latest content to fit in with latest trends, and become a well noticed, and high quality magazine. Overall the magazine, will have a high quality look to it, with a neat look, and darker colours.

I want my main image, to instantly give off the impression that my magazine is a rock/indie cover. The three magazine front covers below 

are the type of ideas I have for my magazine. I want a magazine that distinctively has a rock/indie look. I need to specifically cater for my target audience. These magazines are similar to the type of magazine I want to produce, they specifically have a rock/indie look to them. The colour schemes are much darker, and masculine colours. Also the layout of the magazines have a distinctive look to them, the main images all represent the rock/indie scene. You can see that the people featured on thew front covers, are some of the most iconic well known artists in this industry, showing that the magazines are aimed to be at the highest quality they can produce.
